Teresa’s classes focus on insurance & management issues. She is the author of Moving Your Patients to Yes: Easy Insurance Conversations and has contributed to several ADA publications. Her memberships include National Speakers Association and National Association of Dental Plans. Her podcasts ‘Nobody Told Me That!’ and ‘Chew On This’ are resources for dental leaders.
